Description:Abstract: This file contains the analytical results of the terrestrial cosmogenic nuclide (TCN) measurements (10Be concentrations) used for surface exposure dating by subproject C02 at two coastal sites of the Atacama Desert; Virgen del Camino (VIR, 22.64°S/70.26°W; known as Caleta El Fierro) and Caleta Botija (BOT, 24.57°S/70.55°W; Quebrada de Izcuña). Analyses were conducted at the Institute of Geology at the University of Cologne. The data is used by Bartz et al. (in review) in order to constrain the surface exposure ages of a marine wave-cut platform at VIR and an alluvial fan surface generation at BOT. Data is stored in a xlsx-file with descriptions and further explanations concerning the method.of the variables shown in the table are included in the file. See also Bartz et al.
