Title: | Main Title: Genetic dataset for the study Phylogenetic relationships of darkling beetles (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) from the Atacama Desert and their classification within world’s Tenebrionidae |
Description: | Abstract: The dataset contains the genetic information of the phylogenetic study of darkling beetles (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) from the Atacama Desert. We provide five zip files containing: 1) Supplementary Material S3 which including: - Matrix for ML analysis presented in Fig. 2B (amino acids in PHYLIP format). - Partition schemes of IQ-tree matrix for Fig. 2B (Fig_2B_IQtree_best_scheme). - Partition schemes of matrix for Fig. 2B prior to ModelFinder (AA_partitions). 2) Supplementary Material S4 which including: - Matrix for ML analysis presented in Fig. 2A (amino acids in PHYLIP format). - Matrix for BI analysis presented in Fig. 2A, including partitions and evolutionary models for each partition (amino acids in NEXUS format). - Partition schemes of IQ-tree matrix for Fig. 2A (Fig_2A_IQtree_best_scheme). - Partition schemes of matrices for Fig. 2A prior to ModelFinder (AA_partitions). Supplementary Material S5 which including: - Matrix for ML analysis presented in Fig. 3 (amino acids in PHYLIP format). - Matrix for BI analysis presented in Fig. 3, including partitions and evolutionary models for each partition (amino acids in NEXUS format). - Partition schemes of IQ-tree matrix for Fig. 3 (Fig_3_IQtree_best_scheme). - Partition scheme of matrices for Fig. 3 prior to ModelFinder (AA_partitions). Supplementary Material S7: - Matrix including partitions for phylogenetic analyses with 28S, 18S, 16S, and COI genes (alignment in Nexus format) as presented in Fig. 5 and Supplementary Material S9. Supplementary Material S11: - Matrix including partitions (alignment in Nexus format) for phylogenetic analyses of Opatrini presented in Supplementary Material S11. |
