| Description: | Abstract: This dataset contains a digital elevation model (DEM) created with the software PCI Geomatica 2018 OrthoEngine from a panchromatic stereo pair of SPOT-7 satellite imagery acquired on the 26th of July 2017. The images were referenced with automatically collected ground control points (GCPs) and tie points calculated by the software. To improve the accuracy of the extracted GCPs, an orthorectified image was created from the satellite images and additionally used in the generation process. Furthermore, elevation data from the TanDEM-X 12 m WorldDEM™ was used to vertically reference the GCPs and to reduce topographical distortions. The DEM was generated with a spatial resolution of 2 m using a semi-global matching (SGM) extraction method. It is projected horizontally to the WGS84 UTM Zone 19S reference system and vertically to the WGS84 ellipsoid. The DEM is provided as a raster dataset in GeoTIFF format.
